Originally from Alabama, my family and I moved to Florida when I was 9 years old, with our chihuahuas Scrappy and Baby. Scrappy was my best friend since I was five, and we had just gotten Baby not to long before the move to Florida. Scrappy passed after a long life in 2019, and Baby the following year. I also had three cats, Loki, Ruby, and Smokey. Loki was a shy but loving cat who passed too early in 2018. Ruby was a rescue who was the
friendliest cat I’ve ever met! Smokey was rescued outside of my apartment, abandoned by her mom from a young age. She was the smallest, and certainly the most energetic after a few months.
Before the pandemic hit, my dad and I went through some very tough situations. I had to re-home Baby, Ruby, and Smokey on my own. Now I live with my boyfriend who has inspired me to start my own candle business, Kosmic Karma. Since I have no pets of my own now, I’m eager to care for other’s pets and help those in need give the best care to their best friends!
